How to return?

  1. NOTE: Be sure to include your name and order number in the package so we know who the package is from and who to refund the order to. If you wish to return products from several different orders, please return them to us in one package.
  2. We would also appreciate it if you could write us the reason for the return, as customer feedback is very important to us in our product development.
  3. To return a parcel, proceed according to the machine you ordered it from:

Select “return parcel” on the screen and enter the same code you used to receive the parcel.

To make a return, go to https://my.smartpost.ee/return_parcel/ and enter the barcode on the parcel. Once you have followed the instructions, you will receive a return code on your mobile phone, which you can use within 24 hours to return the parcel from the white machine.

NB: The parcel cannot be returned from the parcel point. Once you have ordered a parcel from a parcel counter, you can return it through a screen or keypad dispenser. To make a return, go to https://my.smartpost.ee/return_parcel/ and enter the barcode on the parcel.

If you can’t find a parcel machine in a convenient location, you can request a courier to your home address by filling in the parcel return form. https://www.smartposti.ee/ariklient/klienditeenindus/paki-tagastuse-vorm.

Select “Return parcel” on the screen and enter the return code you received by SMS/email when the parcel arrived.

Goods to be returned must be in their original packaging, labelled, clean and unused.
