Delivery

Emma and Theo offers a variety of delivery options:

Itella SmartPost parcel machine, Omniva parcel machine or the opportunity to pick up the goods yourself. The time of delivery depends on the terms of the service provider providing the delivery.

NB! To avoid delays and misunderstandings, please make sure your contact information is correct when placing an order!

E-shop will post the package usually within 1-2 working days.

Shipments within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2-7 working days.  

The delivery time of “special orders” (products produced with special requirements after the completion of the order) will be agreed with the seller.

Return of the goods

If after receiving the goods it turns out that it is still not quite 100% suitable for you, you can return it to us within 14 days and it will be completely FREE of charge! (see detailed instructions here).
